Window Cleaning Website for Mint Exterior Property Services

Window Cleaning Dorchester

Mint Exterior Property Services is Tom Buxton's window and exterior cleaning business in Dorchester, Dorset, covering Poundbury and the villages around it. The core of the business is a regular window cleaning round, with gutters, roofs, patios, driveways and solar panels quoted alongside it.

Where Mint Exterior Property Services Started

Tom puts every residential customer on the same six-week interval so he can run a tight local round, and that round needed filling. He wanted people to be able to join without a visit or a phone call. When I checked the Dorset results on 18 August 2026, every People Also Ask question was about price, and none of the local firms in the map pack or the top five organic results answered it on their homepage.

What I Built

  • A Join the Round page with a sign-up form for address, property type, access and optional photos, leading to a quotation and then a GoCardless direct debit link.
  • A price list by property size, from £22 per six-week clean for a 3-bed semi to £39 for a 5-bed detached, with gutter clearance and fascia cleaning prices on the same page.
  • A separate quote form for one-off work like gutters, roofs and solar panels, so round sign-ups and specialist jobs come in as different enquiries.
  • A page for each of the eight services, area pages for Dorchester and Poundbury, and a Weymouth page that takes names for when the round gets there.
  • The Mint Method, a four-step homepage section on how a clean is done, tied to Tom's 48-hour Service Guarantee.

Why I Built It That Way

I first built four, eight and twelve-weekly tiers, because that's what local competitors sell. Tom's own documents said one six-week interval for everyone, so the tiers came out and the site sells one round. Many homes can be quoted from the form and public property imagery, so the form asks for photos and access details and a visit often isn't needed.

Tom started out wanting quotes only, with no published prices. My research said price was the question nobody local answered, and on 24 August 2026 he asked for a price list with the figures he actually charges. Poundbury got its own page because cleaning there has its own rules (render-safe, no ladders), and the other villages are named on the Dorchester and areas pages, because a run of near-identical village pages reads as doorway pages to Google.
