1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at localadder.co.uk and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Local Ladder provides digital marketing, SEO, and web design services for home service businesses. The specific details, deliverables, and costs of our services will be outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Local Ladder. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, content, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may result in project delays.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your specific service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Google Business Profile Guarantee

This section applies only to the Google Business Profile Management plan bought at £99 per month plus VAT. It is the guarantee you accept at checkout.

I guarantee that in your first 90 days, the calls, messages and website clicks recorded on your Google Business Profile will be at least 25% higher than in the 90 days immediately before your start date. If they are not, I refund every payment you have made for that plan.

What is measured. Calls, messages and website clicks, taken from Google's own performance data for your profile rather than from my figures. Direction requests and profile views are not counted.

Your baseline. The 90 days immediately before your start date, recorded and sent to you before any change is made to your profile. Your start date is the day you grant me manager access, not the day you pay.

What I need from you. Manager access to the profile within seven days of payment, and no edits of your own to the profile while the 90 days run. If either condition is not met, this guarantee does not apply. You may still cancel at any time.

How to claim. Email [email protected] within 14 days of the end of your first 90 days. Refunds are returned to the card used at checkout.

The plan is monthly and rolling with no minimum term, and can be cancelled at any time through the link on your Stripe receipt. Cancelling does not remove any work already carried out: the profile is yours throughout.

7. Limitation of Liability

Local Ladder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
