Where You Rank Changes Street by Street

Searching your own name from the office tells you nothing, because Google answers differently depending on where the person searching is standing. A grid scan checks your ranking from a hundred separate points across your patch. Green is the top three. Red is nowhere.

Your profile already records calls, messages and website clicks. Those are the three numbers that count. Direction requests are excluded, because people ask for directions to businesses they had already decided to visit.

Your baseline is written down before I start

On day two I record the 90 days before your start date and send it to you. Your start date is the day you grant me manager access. Nothing gets changed on the profile until that number is captured, so there is no argument about it later.

Two things I need from you

Manager access within seven days of paying, and no edits of your own while the 90 days run. Miss either and the guarantee stops applying, though you can still cancel any month you like.

How to claim

Email me within 14 days of your 90 days ending and the refund goes back to your card. The full conditions are in section 6 of my terms, which you accept at checkout.

You send access

Straight after payment you land on a short form and instructions for adding me as a manager on your profile. It takes about two minutes on a phone.

Day 2

I record your starting numbers

Before I touch anything, I take down your last 90 days of calls, messages and website clicks from Google's own data. That is the number the guarantee is measured against, so it has to be captured before any changes go in.

Day 3 to 7

The rebuild goes in

Categories, services, description, areas and attributes all get sorted in the first week, along with the first posts and photos. This is the part that usually moves the needle fastest.

First report

One page: what changed on the profile, what the numbers did, and how far along the 25% you are.

Questions People Ask Before Paying

What do you need from me?

Manager access to your Google Business Profile, which you grant from your own Google account and can remove whenever you like. After that, photos when you have them. That is genuinely it.

Am I tied in?

No. It is monthly and rolling, with no minimum term. You cancel yourself from your billing page using the email you paid with, so you never have to ask me. If you cancel, you keep everything I have done to the profile, because it is your profile.

How does the 25% get measured?

By Google, not by me. Your profile records calls, messages and website clicks. I take the 90 days before your start date as the baseline and compare it to your first 90 days. Direction requests are left out because people request directions to businesses they were always going to visit.

What if it does not hit 25%?

Email me within 14 days of the 90 days ending and I refund every payment you have made. Not a credit or a free month. The money back.

Do I need a website for this to work?

It helps and most of the value is bigger if you have one, but the profile brings you calls and messages whether or not a site sits behind it. If having no website is what is holding your numbers back, I will say so in the first report rather than work around it and say nothing.

Is £99 the whole price?

£99 plus VAT, so £118.80 a month leaves your account. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. VAT-registered businesses claim theirs back as normal.

What if I already pay someone for SEO?

Then do not buy this yet. Two people working on one profile undoes each other, and you would be paying twice for the same job. Cancel the other one first or leave this alone.

Who actually does the work?

Me, Elliot. There is no account manager and no offshore team. That is also why I cap how many of these I take on at once.
